Job Details
Our client is an independently owned Building Services consultancy with multiple offices across the UK and due to recent project wins they are looking to add to the team with a talented and well-rounded BREEAM Assessor. This person will have the benefit of getting to work on a plethora of projects as they work in a wide variety of sectors from; commercial, education, healthcare, fit-out and even small bespoke projects.
The bulk of the BREEAM Assessor role will be;
BREEAM Assessments
Non-Domestic Energy Assessments
SAP/SBEM Calculations
Energy and Sustainability Statements
BREEAM Assessor requirements:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Qualified BREEAM Assessor
Experience completing BREEAM assessments (Ideally across multiple building types)
Knowledge of Part L Building Regulations
