Associate / Associate Director (Electrical) £65 to £78,500 + Package

We are currently seeking an Associate (Electrical) to work on high profile projects from our Covid compliant, London studio. You help design and deliver innovative, integrated building services on a range of commercial, hotel, residential and mixed-use projects.

About you

You will take a pivotal role in leading the electrical engineering team and promote the benefit of a holistic design process to all engineers.

As you demonstrate your ability, you'll be given full autonomy for leading your own projects and will also receive a bonus for any new work you bring into the practice.

As an Associate, you'll have an in-depth understanding of the other building design disciplines and be conmfident liaising with the Mechanical and Sustainability Directors.

As an active listener you'll liaise with architects and understand and appreciate their design aspirations, while working with them collaboratively to deliver high quality, integrated designs.

You will prepare proposals and scopes of services, negotiate with project managers and clients to reach positive collaborative outcomes whilst promoting low energy, sustainable design solutions.
