Exciting Opportunity for a Mechanical Project / Contracts / Operations Manager
Your new company
My client is a high-end, prestigious Mechanical Contractor based in Swindon. Offering a complete range of mechanical services to clients from both the commercial and residential market, ranging from anything up to £50m. The company prides themselves on offering a customer focused, consultative service to their clients. Working on projects ranging from Churches and conservation works to high-value residential.
Your new role
As a Mechanical Operations Manager, your role will be key to overseeing the successful completion of a wide portfolio of existing and new projects. You will be supporting the directors on monitoring and managing third party contractor performance, ensuring the achievement of agree service standards and KPIs. As an export fault-finder, you're core role will be manage the technical team, leading from the front to deliver a stellar customer focused service across all projects.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a technical expert, experienced with Heating, Ventilation, plumbing and Air conditioning systems. You'll have proven experience within a similar role, working with Commercial & Domestic mechanical services (Oil and gas fired heating, air conditioning, ventilation & plumbing) including fault-finding. You'll have experience running projects and managing teams, with strong numerical and IT skills. A Gas Safe certificate is advantageous, but not essential.
What you'll get in return
Depending on your level of experience, you'll receive a generous salary of circa £50,000 with an extremely generous pension of over 10%. You'll also receive a company car.
