Job Details
We're working with a well known multidisciplinary consultancy that have gone from strength to strength over the last year in Scotland. They are currently on the lookout for an Associate Electrical Engineer to come on board and join their growing team in Edinburgh. This company have sustained growth in the last year due to a number of project wins that see their order book full until the end of November 2021 with more enquiries coming in as the weeks go by. They are currently winning a lot of work in a variety of sectors so it would be good if you had broad experience.
This consultancy prides itself with all senior members of staff still getting their hands dirty and getting stuck in with design. You will also be client facing so you will need to be a well-rounded engineer that has multiple skill sets. You will need to be charismatic and approachable whilst still being extremely technically minded. Our client work in a variety of different sectors and so it would be good if you had a broad experience when it comes to the sectors you have worked in. They are really looking for someone that is going to fit in with the culture of the business. There are looking for someone that is able to get their hands dirty and do day to day to drawings as well as someone that's comfortable getting out on site dealing with subcontractors and clients. Associate Electrical Engineer Requirements: * Degree in electrical engineer or building services* CEng and ideally industry accredited qualifications
* Minimum of 10 years in the building services industry Extremely technically capable in design of electrical systems Experience in managing small teams
