This medium-sized MEP consultancy based out of London are specialist designers in high-end residential, commercial and care-homes. Their staff consistently deliver high quality results and will work with the design team to ensure that the finished product exceeds expectations. With a growing team, this consultancy are now at about 40 throughout the company and have been successful in securing a steady pipeline of work for the next few years. With this increased workload, they are now seeking to grow the team.

Your new role
Within this company, there are a small team of 3 Revit operators. This role is to coordinate designs with the foresight to become a BIM manager within the next 24 months. Your role will be heavily involved with leasing with engineers to coordinate MEP drawings, while starting to gain management skills by training and developing junior BIM and CAD staff.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have at least 5+ years experience using MEP Revit, demonstrating a clear understanding and passion for the programme and wanting to develop a currently smooth operation within an established business. You will have a desire to deliver high quality work within some tight time-frames.
