St Paul’s is a selective Independent Day School for boys aged 13-18, occupying a superb 45-acre site on the south bank of the Thames, west of Hammersmith Bridge. Estates Maintenance Manager
Commencing ASAP
The primary role of this post is to ensure the good condition, presentation and maintenance of the combined site of St Paul’s School, St Paul’s Junior School and it’s off-campus estate.
The post-holder will be responsible for maintaining the efficient running of the School’s plant and property, as well as running an efficient maintenance programme for the 45-acre site and residential properties.
The post-holder will need to have a proven track record in running minor capital projects, excellent problem-solving skills and an ability to handle a complex workload.
Salary: £55,000 - £58,000 per annum
8.00am - 4.30pm, Monday to Friday (full time post)
