Job Details
Our client is a well known specialist consultancy, with their head office being in London. The Fire Team in London is a close knit team at the moment and needs a leader to bring it together and help them with the growth of the fire division in this office. The consultancy itself is made up of about 150 employees over all of their offices.
The Fire Safety Director will be responsible for the development and management of the UK Fire Safety Engineering Team. You will have to have exemplary business acumen and will be responsible for the development of existing Key Account customers and win new projects in order to retain existing customers and attract a new client base, tapping into new market segments. Ideally you will have had European project experience. You will be responsible for helping to shape the strategy of the Fire Engineering division in the London office.
Fire Safety Director Requirements:
- Good knowledge and understanding of all relevant parts of the building regulations and British Standards
- Degree and Masters in relevant field
- MFireE or IFE Level 5 Diploma in Fire Engineering Design
- CEng or working towards
- Minimum experience of 5 years.
- Membership of the Institution of Fire Engineers
