MEP Revit Coordinator / Technician (Building Services Consultancy) - London, Permanent

Their culture is relaxed, creative, and quality focused, with a new flexible office space to support agile working. Projects are varied and often contain unusual or challenging elements. Projects include residential blocks, workplace refurbishment, higher education and major mixed-use developments, labs and pharma facilities. Now with two well-established offices they are looking to expand their inhouse design team, with the addition of a MEP Revit Coordinator.

Your new role

You will be joining an existing team of MEP Revit / AutoCAD experts. You will work on a variety of projects, taking a lead role on smaller scale projects and coordinating with your team on larger scale efforts. This role would be suitable for someone experienced at leading projects but also for less experienced technicians, looking for a step up in responsibility.

What you'll need to succeed

You will currently be working in a built environment consultancy or contractor, as a MEP Revit Coordinator / Technician. Ideally you will have experience supporting MEP engineers, coordinating and creating models from inception through to project handover. It is essential you have experience with MEP Revit, AutoCAD and Navisworks. An understanding / experience of working to BIM Level 2 standards would also be of use, but by no means essential. You must also have experience working on UK projects.
