Job Details
Our client is a growing Building Services Consultancy with a fantastic name for themselves in the East Midlands. They work on a variety of projects which means you won't get pigeonholed on the same thing day after day. Some of their main sectors are Education, Healthcare, Emergency services and sports and leisure so there is a chance to get a diverse project portfolio. They actively promote from within and have an excellent staff retention. They are currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Nottingham.
It is important that the successful engineer is confident in their ability and will be able to work autonomously. You will be technically capable when it comes to the design of all mechanical systems within a variety of building types. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and will have ideally seen projects from concept to completion. Good working knowledge of industry specific software.
Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:
- Ideally Degree in Mechanical engineering or building services
- Minimum of 3 years in the building services industry
- Technically capable in design of Mechanical systems
- Working knowledge of Hevacomp, Cymap, IES
