Global property and real estate advisory firm looking for an QS to work in development monitoring team.
Your new company
A global property and real estate firm offering a unique opportunity for a quantity surveyor to join their Manchester team.They have an excellent reputation in the market and staff retention. This is one of the highly desired firms to work for in the property industry.
Your new role
Working closely with clients and stakeholders you will be the key contact in advising on further investment into development. The schemes that you will advise on span across residential, offices, retail, hotels and industrial and logistics properties, ranging from the £10 million to £500 million in value.
What you'll need to succeed
If you are real estate development enthusiast with experience working consultancy or client side as a quantity surveyor with good knowledge of construction, development and property then this is the role for you.
This firm is looking for an MRICS qualified individual with post qualification experience.
