Public Health Engineer

Our client is a boutique consultancy in Buckinghamshire that has managed to navigate this difficult period in a way that has helped them retain all of their staff. This has given them confidence to recruit into their team and are now looking to add a confident Public Health Engineer. The ideal engineer with have experience in all aspects of public health engineering including, hot and cold-water services, foul and surface water drainage - above and below ground, it would be highly advantageous if you have experience with medical gas pipework and pneumatic tubing as well as rainwater harvesting and grey water recycling.

Public Health Engineer requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction, or architectural from accredited program

* Minimum of 3 years of related public health design experience

* Knowledge of plumbing and water based fire protection design principles, standards, and codes

* Knowledge of CAD, and Microsoft Office skills necessary to accomplish design goals

* Working towards accreditation of the appropriate professional institution

* Ability to write specifications for plumbing and water-based fire protection equipment, devices, and material
