They have a network of UK offices and are one of only a handful of practices to have a fully accredited CIBSE approved training and development scheme. All the Associates with the business have been promoted from within, over half starting with the company as graduates, demonstrating their attitude to developing their own employees.
They are passionate about staff retention, career quality and promote a fantastic work and life balance: their standard working week is just 35 hours.
They have established relationships and completed projects with some of the most respected banks, architects, developers, universities, hotels chains and retail clients in the UK, and around 80% of their business annually is from repeat clients. This company remains privately owned and have only ever grown organically, rather than through acquisitions, and this, along with their diverse and loyal client-base, should see this company growing for years to come.
