Your new company
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has developed their Property Services team within the last two to three years. They pride themselves on working collaboratively with residents and being technical experts within their field. The team have a supportive, friendly culture which in turn provides a comfortable working environment.
Your new role
You will be responsible for a budget of approximately £50 million per year overseeing M&E projects within the boroughs capital programme. Projects will be managed from inception to completion including signing off of designs and managing the full tender processes. The team is highly technical and would provide support throughout.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in technical M&E Project Management
- Experience of overseeing M&E Design
- Hold a degree or HND in within the Building Services/ M&E field.
- Experience of working with both technical staff and residents
- Experience of managing large value projects
- Experience in the Public sector is desired but not required
