M&E Capital Delivery Manager
Your new company
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has developed their Property Services team within the last two to three years. Your new role
You will be responsible for a budget of approximately £50 million per year overseeing M&E projects within the boroughs capital programme. Projects will be managed from inception to completion including signing off of designs and managing full tender processes. As a part of the management team you will have a number of direct reports, made up of Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers and Resident Liasion Officers.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in technical M&E Project Management
- Hold a degree or HND in within the Building Services/ M&E field.
- Experience of working with both technical staff and residents
- Experience of Managing large value projects
- Management experience is desired but not required, along with a background within the public sector.
