Sustainability Associate

Sustainability Associate - To £65K + Package + Bonus

We have a unique opportunity for a Sustainability Associate (Building Services) to join one of the world's largest property advisors.

You'll get to use your technical and analytic skills to really influence sustainability on a macro level, and work in true partnership with some of largest global real estate investment trusts and occupiers to set up and influence their ESG and Net Zero Carbon strategies.

You'll receive ongoing training so that you continue to develop your skills across energy, building certification (BREEAM, LEED and WELL) and sustainability; and understand the commercial drivers behind commercial real estate.

This will put you in a perfect position to be able to advise global clients on how to drive and implement best practice sustainability initiatives across their entire portfolio of buildings (often 100's of buildings) rather than just in a single building.

Although moving jobs carries a risk, rest assured, you'll be joining a team that has already secured more than 90% of their required turnover for the next 12 months and has already grown by 30% this year.

Requirements

• Previous experience reporting under the GHG protocol with working knowledge of global reporting frameworks such as CDP, GRESB and EPRA/GRI.
• Experience in producing and managing Energy Strategies, Sustainability Statements and Certifications (BREEAM/LEED).
• Ideally, some previous experience in carrying out Life Cycle Assessments
