We are looking for an exceptional Mechanical Discipline Lead  to drive and develop our mechanical engineering discipline in order to continue to deliver market leading mechanical building services real estate consultancy to our broad portfolio of prestigious clients in the commercial and public sectors throughout the UK.

Applicants should be experienced in MEP engineering consultancy, with a demonstrable track record in leading and delivering high quality mechanical building services solutions for sustainable and environmental consultancy work including commercial offices, high quality residential, mixed use, retail, education etc.   

Working closely with the Location Directors throughout the UK, and reporting to our MD, you will have responsibility for all aspects of the mechanical discipline including technical excellence, team development; management and delivery of projects, thought leadership, mechanical discipline policy, business development and marketing. You will have excellent communication and presentation skills, commercial acumen and confidence in engaging with senior design team personnel and clients, including Developers, Owners, Investors and Occupiers. 

You are likely to currently be operating at a senior level, hungry and ready for increased responsibility and authority.  There is potential for an equity/Board position in due course for the right person.
