Your new company
The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea has developed their Property Services team within the last two to three years. Your new role
You will join the energy and sustainability to deliver on all sustainability and energy efficiency targets. This will be achieved by implementing reporting systems to monitor and evaluate the progress. A key element of the role is the data integrity and collection of energy efficiency along with planning programmes of improvements identified by EPC's and gap analysis. You will have project involvement as you will support the sustainability project manager to identify and apply for alternative forms of funding.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience within the sustainability and energy field
- Have a engineering background (Building Services)
- Experience of data management and gathering
- Experience of organising and running sustainability and energy programmes
