Site Superviser - Maintenance, managing small team, Statutory compliance

This is working in a Prison environment and subject to a DBS and full prison vetting


Your new role
Supporting the on site Manager, you will be supervising a team of trades people, delivering on a range of maintenance projects to fulfill contract obligations. These will be day to day reactive repair and planned works.
Statutory compliance is a crucial element of this contract and you will need to demonstrate sound knowledge on this area.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be from a trade background and have experience of leading a gang/team on site. You will be used to working on reactive maintenance and repair - this can be from a FM , property maintenance or site based role. But it is essential that you have a track record of statutory compliance - electrical, gas, asbestos, legionella etc


What you'll get in return
This is a 7 day a week shift pattern and offers generous weekend and bank holiday overtime rates. You will likely work 1 weekend in 3. There is a possibility of this role becoming permanent.
This role is subject to a standard DBS and full prison vetting clearance.
