Promotions are based on merit and ability, not just on longevity so if you join as an "Engineer" there's a good chance you'll also be promoted to a Senior within the next year or two.

With around 100 engineers located across six offices they are large enough to win the £50M+ projects yet still small enough that you'll get to know everyone that works here. They go the extra mile for their clients and stay on projects from the initial feasibility to post occupancy.

And if things get a bit difficult in a project, rather than just running away and passing on the design to another consultancy to fix, they just work together with the client and come up with a solution. Requirements

• Degree qualified
• At least three years' experience in a similar role, working for a Building Services, Sustainability or multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy.
• Able to use Revit or AutoCAD and Amtech or ElectricalOM.
• Able to work as part of a team, to achieve common goals.
• Willingness to complete CPD and achieve CEng status.
