Senior Electrical Engineer
London
Up to £60,000
Our client is a well-known international consultancy with their London office consisting of around 100 employees of varying discipline. They are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team to assist with a very large project that they have recently won. This project is a large MOD scheme that involves multiple building spanning a new site. If you have experience in large scale Commercial and Residential projects this would be highly advantageous. If you are security cleared this would also be highly advantageous although not essential.
Our client work in a variety of different sectors and so it would be good if you had a broad experience when it comes to the sectors you have worked in. They are really looking for someone that is going to fit in with the culture of the business. There are looking for someone that is able to get their hands dirty and do day to day to drawings as well as someone that's comfortable mentoring more junior engineers and helping them progressing with the business. You will have to be very technically capable when it comes to design of electrical systems throughout a number of different building types and will be extremely adept when It comes to using industry specific software. You will have seen projects from concept to completion and will have acted as lead engineer on projects within your current role.
Senior Electrical Engineer Requirements
- Degree in electrical engineer or building services
- CEng and ideally industry accredited qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years in the building services industry
- Extremely technically capable in design of electrical systems
- Experience in managing small teams
