MEP BIM / Revit Manager required for leading North Kent consulant
A Building Services consultancy are currently looking for a MEP BIM / Revit Manager to join their North Kent Office.
The department has three MEP CAD / Revit Technicians in their North Kent office and an outsourced MEP CAD / Revit service in India.
Your current or previous experience as a CAD Manager will leave you comfortable in managing and coordinating the drawing production using AutoCAD. Knowledge of Revit MEP is essential, as is a good working knowledge of COBIE.
You will be methodical in your approach ensuring projects meet deadlines and issue dates. You will have proven experience of successfully organising your design team of technicians and engineers and implementing highest quality of CAD.
You will be working on projects of all sectors of the construction industry including; Residential, Industrial, Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Leisure and Hospitality on project values up to and occasionally exceeding £20 million.
Candidates applying must have experience within the Building Services sector.
