Full time Senior M&E Quantity/Project Surveyor needed for multi-award winning construction firm UK

Your new company
A multi-award winning privately owned construction firm in the UK. Employing approximately 3,600 people, working with a wide range of public and private sector customers and partners.

Your new role
As a Senior M&E Project Surveyor, you will be working as part of the commercial team working on a variety of complex and varied projects. Your focus will be to develop and encourage project team performance, ensuring the clients main contractual obligations and/or strategies are executed and regularly reviewed. Your focus will be to ensure the timely receipt of quotations for materials, equipment and sub-contractor works, supporting the commercial manager to ensure key project objectives are met and the smooth running of client contracts are maintained. The role will involve working with clients across the South West.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced and qualified Senior Quantity/Project Surveyor with an understanding of different procurement methods used in construction. You will also have an understanding of different standard forms of contract and the risk associated with each. You will have a solid level of technical appreciation/competence in M&E services with the ability to apply this to the commercial management of the project(s) and the wider business objectives.
