Civil Engineering Job in Loughborough. Stand-alone role - you manage your own workload and work from home.

Your new company
You will join an established business that was created in 1989. You will be joining the company during a busy period of expansion and you will be instrumental in developing the business in the East Midlands. They are currently investing £50 million in growing the business and you can be at the fore front of this. You will be working for a business that puts quality and luxury at the forefront of their developments and focuses on sustainability and the environment.

Your new role
You will work on a stand alone basis, managing your own workload. You will be able to work from home but will be required to visit numerous sites and projects around the East Midlands when necessary. You will undertake site inspections, technical design and your role will also be heavily project management lead. As the business grows within the East Midlands you will be able to grow and increase the team for which you will then manage.

What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced Civil Engineer with a minimum of 4 years post graduate experience. You are competent in designing both Highways and Drainage projects as well as being a skilled Project Manager. You can demonstrate experience of gaining approvals for S38, S278, S104, S106 and S185. Your IT experience includes Microdrainage and Civils 3D. You are a pro-active and self-motivated individual who is able to work autonomously and you are looking to take your career forward to a leadership role in the next couple of years.
