Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer - £38,000 - £48,000 + Package

Due to growth, this Building Services and Sustainability Consultancy are looking for an experienced Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer for their London office.

They do support flexible working and their Covid Policy is that you will work from the office two to three days a week; and be able to work from home one to two days a week.

Most of their work is CAT A and CAT B fit out projects on behalf of financial services, IT, or media companies, and they have recently completed projects on behalf of MTV, ITV, and Oracle.

However, they also have long standing frameworks in place with Chelsea Football Club, several London Property Developers and a few Pharmaceutical and Research Companies.

As an Intermediate Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll be responsible for talking a brief from a director, or from the client and then producing calculations using IES, specifications, reports, schedules and coordinated drawings using Revit MEP. You'll need to recent experience in CAT A and CAT B fit out projects, be conversant with BCO standards and be able to work as part of a team to meet common goals.
