This medium sized, Building Services Design Consultancy uses all of these things to design and deliver, exceptional low energy buildings.

As a Senior Mechanical Design Engineer, you'll work on a range of projects including stadiums, hotels, listed buildings, leisure centres and large-scale mixed-use developments. You'll get involved in projects from feasibility to post occupancy.

You'll work with, not just work for one of their Founding Partners and enjoy a large degree of autonomy and flexibility. Rather than being micro-managed or getting bogged down filling in unnecessary time sheets; you'll be free to just crack on with liaising with architects and clients and bring their ideas to life.

You'll enjoy working (two days a week at present) in their brand-new office located near Farringdon in a fun, friendly and supportive team. You'll also probably enjoy their laid back yet professional working environment and the fact that they are still having weekly socials as they believe in the importance of having a unified and connected team.

All you need to do to qualify for this role is to be a degree qualified, Senior Mechanical Design Engineer with at least five years' experience in Building Services and a good attitude. Ideally if you had some recent hotel or super-prime residential project experience that would be great; however, if you don't that's OK.
