Main contractor hiring Building Services Managing within Oxford, UK


Your new company

My client is a leading Building and Civil Engineering main contractor operating throughout the UK and Ireland. Due to continuous growth, the organisation is now looking to bolster their team in the South West, by appointing an experience Building Services Manager working out of the Oxford office.


Your new role

As an experienced Building Services Manager, you'll be involved in the management of design, delivery and commissioning of Building Services projects within a construction environment. Working closely with tender and pre-construction teams, you'll focus will be to ensure your clients requirements are met and the proposals for work reflect their needs and the contract.

You'll be supporting the business and its respective teams to ensure building services are fully integrated into the delivery programme and execution plans, establishing and managing quality systems to ensure high standards and specifications are met.


What you'll need to succeed

You'll need experience gained within a similar position, preferably with Main Contractor experience. You will need to be technically qualified with experience of the following core systems: Gas, HVAC, Power, lighting and earthing systems, passive and active data systems to name a few.


What you'll get in return
