Your new team
Hays is a leading global professional recruiting group, the expert at recruiting qualified, professional and skilled people worldwide The engineering team comprises 5 people with a range of experience recruiting at all levels in the Engineering space. You will work within our fantastic Bristol office, alongside 50+ consultants, covering many of our core specialisms. The team is doing really well, it has recently been recognised as one of the top performing teams in Engineering nationally, and won Team of the region recently, so if you want to be part of a high achieving group of expert recruiters, then this role could be for you.
Your new role
With the support of your manager, regional and specialism Directors you will continue to expand the Technical Engineering division across the South West and Wales. This will be a full 360 degree role, with a Perm focus, across different areas within Engineering and Manufacturing.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you must have a proven track record of billing successfully in a full 360 recruitment role ideally within the Engineering market. Whether you have worked in manufacturing, oil and gas, nuclear, power, defence, renewables, automotive, rail or another Engineering discipline, we would be interested in your expertise. You might have a non-engineering technical recruitment background like H&S or Construction, and your recruitment skills could transfer well to the Engineering market. You'll demonstrate your exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to deal in a professional manner with your clients and candidates. You will be ambitious and driven to progress your career through demonstrating your inquisitive nature and thirst for knowledge. As well as possessing both excellent written and verbal communication skills, you will have attention to detail with a strong work ethic to achieve successful results.
