Responsive Repairs Surveyor

Are you an experienced Surveyor looking for your next contract?
 
If so, a fantastic opportunity has arisen a Surveyor to join a Local Authority in the South West of England, working on responsive repairs for the councils housing stock.
 
What will you do?
 
You'll be responsible for:
·Ensuring that responsive repairs are carried out satisfactorily from end-to-end of the process.
·Monitoring the work of the trade teams and contractors, from start to completion,
·Ensuring delivery of high quality work, getting work done "right-first-time".
·Achieving high customer satisfaction within budgetary targets and providing a cost effective, value for money service.
 
What are the benefits?
·6 month contract.
·£21 per hour, umbrella, inside IR35.
 
What will you need?
·Experience in Surveying.
·Experience of working on responsive repairs for a local authority or housing association.
