Your new role
Working as a M&E Project Manager, you will be overseeing a variety of projects across a small region of Wales, working with both in-house and external engineers and design consultancies. You will be working to develop project briefs, carrying out site surveys to confirm the scope of works and producing budgets and estimates outlining programmes for the M&E elements of projects.
You will have responsibility for the day to day running of projects on site, reviewing and checking for quality and value for money. You will also be responsible for ensure all projects are both compliant and health and safety requirement.
What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will be working within a similar role, either qualified by experience or with a HND or equivalent in an appropriate engineering discipline (preferably mechanical). You should also hold relevant H&S qualifications e.g. IOSH or similar.
What you'll get in return
The role is flexible, with the ability to work 2/3 days at home or in the office. The salary is negotiable and depends on experience, but as a ballpark you can expect to receive anything around the £1000 - £1500 per week bracket (before deductions).
