Job Details
Director of Sustainability & Building Physics required to lead the unit on delivery & fee earning activities
I am looking for a Director of Sustainability and Building Physics to lead the unit on delivery and fee earning activities and mentor/train staff.
You will be ideally Chartered and must be accredited in the following: BREEAM and non-domestic energy assessments.
You will also be fully competent in IES and can undertake daylight modelling, SAP/SBEM assessments, energy strategy/daylight/Overheating reports for planning and building regulation compliance.
The role is flexible working and circa 2-3 days in the office (Berkshire) at the moment.
- Basic £55k - £65k
- Profit share of the unit capped at £30kpa
