Facilities Manager

Permanent opportunity for facilities manager looking to work within a public sector organisation.

Your new company
Public sector organisation based in Manchester with a large portfolio of properties. They are now looking for a facilities manager to look after soft services within a commercial building. This role sits within a team of 4 facilities managers and requires looking after a team of 60 people - cleaners, reception staff, duty managers and maintenance operatives.

Your new role
On day to day basis you will make up to 50,000 sq m of the estate and make sure the building is maintained to the correct standard. You will manage the facilities team and provide excellent customer service.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be degree qualified in relevant discipline with post graduate experience working within facilities management. You will have great communication skills with customer satisfaction at the forefront of your mind.
