Your new company
An award winning Top Tier Contractor who, due to impressive bid success and an increased secure workload are now seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager to join their highly successful team . With continuous growth in recent years and an enviable client base throughout the UK&I operating across various sectors including Health, Education, Industrial, Leisure and Commercial.

Your new role
The successful candidate will have responsibility for the management of large-scale mechanical installation contracts, offering troubleshooting solutions where needed and making sure all design, programming, technical and financial aspects of £multi-million-pound projects are on schedule. The role will involve some UK travel which will typically be 2 days per week.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a Mechanical Contracts Manager role, having previously managed mechanical contracts to the value of £1M+ with good knowledge of contractual obligations. You will be a fully qualified HVAC Engineer or have an HNC or higher in a related Mechanical Engineering/Building Services discipline.
