Our client is a well established property consultancy, that now have an exciting opportunity to become a part of their highly esteemed team. Based in Central London they are now looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join the team and help sustain their high levels of success. The Successful Senior Mechanical Engineer will require the ambition to ensure they always deliver only the highest level of work as well as always ensuring accuracy throughout projects. Our client has a diverse and exciting project portfolio, across a varied range of building types. They have recently secure some very large and interesting MOD projects so it would beneficial if as a Senior Mechanical Engineer you have experience working on similar schemes.
It is vital that the successful engineer is confident of their own skills and attributes in order to always work collaboratively and efficiently. You will have the desire to optimise your technical ability of mechanical designs across an extensive range of building types. You will possess exceptional time management skills to guarantee the full project process from concept to completion is carried out to high standards in an effective and timely manner. Experience with the use of industry specific software such as Hevacomp, Cymap, IES. You will also display outstanding communication skills to positively impact design team meetings as well as building and sustaining a strong relationship between your team and the end client.
Senior Mechanical Design Engineer Requirements:
- The ownership of a Mechanical engineering or building services degree.
- CEng, or obtaining an ideally industry recognised qualifications.
- Technically able within the design of Mechanical systems throughout a variety of building types.
- 8-10 years in the building services industry.
