Mechanical Associate Director Project Lead - £80k + package, Flexible Working - Large Commercial Development

Your new company
A truly Global Design company they have both the smaller business feel while also being part of a Multi-disciplinary International Company. Award winning they have worked on some amazing projects over the past 10 years and that is continuing with a number of high profile developments.

Your new role
Your role will be a technical project lead on what can only be described as a ground breaking Commercial development being built in the UK. Top end client and a fantastic collaboration with a global Architect and other high profile Engineering firms. This development is going to be THE most sustainable commercial office development in the UK and as the Building Services lead on that project it will be fantastic thing to work on.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked on similar large scale Office developments her in the UK. You will ideally be Mechanically biased but able to lead a multi-disciplinary team. A keen interest and knowledge of modern sustainable design will also be crucial. This is a big job for the Practice so an ability to manage stakeholders at all levels will also be key.

What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available. A generous £70/£80k salary plus package and the career growth opportunity to move into a full Director role with the business.
