MEP BIM Coordinator
London
Up to £50,000
Our client is a highly esteemed international multidisciplinary consultancy operating within the built environment. They have offices across the world and are currently looking to recruit a talented MEP BIM Coordinator to join their team in London. They work on a variety of large scale projects within the built environment and have a very prestigious client base.
The successful MEP BIM Coordinator will be able to carry out full MEP Coordination work as applicable using Revit MEP and Navisworks, whilst manage full Revit MEP models, reporting on all clash detections. Being an accomplished MEP BIM Coordinator, you will assist with managing and delivering a variety of projects, lead design team members, produce detailed working drawings in 3D and scheme drawings as projects required. You will be able to mentor more junior technicians and will feel comfortable managing large scale projects with relative autonomy. You will have ideally have some experience optimising processes and it would be highly advantageous if you have any experience with coding in Python.
MEP BIM Coordinator Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years coordination projects
- Seen projects though all of the RIBA stages
- Worked on major projects
- Would be highly advantageous if you have an MSc in BIM Management
