Job Details
One of Europe’s leading engineering and architectural consultancies is seeking a BIM/Revit Coordinator to join an excellent Building Services Design team in their Manchester office.
As a talented and motivated BIM/Revit Coordinator you will work on landmark projects in the UK and as far as the Antarctic! Project sectors include large commercial, residential, labs, education, and more.
Responsibilities
- Excellent Knowledge of all the MEP discipline
- Liaise and coordinate with BIM Managers/BIM Coordinators and BIM Technicians
- Organise, configure and maintain projects
- Ensure that models align with the standards and goal set on the BEP and BIM project workflow Criteria
- Proficient in using BIM authoring tools
- Manage and maintain project content and source any additional content as required
- Coordinate and manage workflows and project set up
- Set up linked models and coordinate models across disciplines
- Daily model management administration and maintenance
Require Qualities and Skills
- Able to demonstrate the ability to undertake the above responsibilities
- Minimum 3-5 years working experience as CAD /Revit technician for Building and services in Autodesk Revit
- In-depth Knowledge of the latest version of Autodesk Revit and Navisworks with experience of running Clash detections and producing clash reports
- Experience in working with CAD Packages i.e., AutoCAD
- Excellent organisational skills and communications skills, both Written and Verbal
- Self-motivated and able to take responsibilities
Desirable Qualities and Skills
- Knowledge of Dynamo, Solibri, Bluebeam
- Higher education indegree and/or BIM Qualifications
