The Chief Engineering Officer will provide effective management across all aspects of operational, statutory, mandatory and maintenance delivery across all buildings located within our historic Strand, Residences and Sport estate. You will be responsible for setting and monitoring output requirements and assisting the Head of Engineering in developing, maintaining and delivering the maintenance strategy.

The post holder will implement operational ‘best practice’ and manage the delivery of energy management projects and PPM tasks. You will develop, maintain and manage all contractors and term service contracts across the estate, whilst maximising internal capability to reduce 3^rd party reliance.

The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in maintenance and projects delivery, qualified to HND/C or Degree in Engineering. You will be an adept leader, with string people management skills who can develop effective internal and external relationships.  This is an ideal post for engineering professionals who enjoy taking ownership of an estate and portfolio.
