Looking for the opportunity to work on Data Centres but don't have any data centre project experience yet?

I can totally relate to this as I do remember arriving in London 15 years ago from Australia, and all of companies I interviewed with stating that they wanted individuals that already had UK experience.

This medium sized, multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy has always invested heavily in training and developing their employees and do offer a CIBSE Approved Training and Development Program.

They work on complex projects such as data centres, hospitals, airports, laboratories, prisons, science, and research facilities, although due to covid they also branched out into a few new sectors such as warehousing and distribution facilities.

Having recently secured a number of new major data centre projects and labs, they are looking for a Senior Electrical Design Engineer for their London office. If you have any previous Data Centre experience great, however if you don't that's also OK as they are happy to train you in Data Centre Design as long as you understand complex systems, UPS or MV systems.

Reporting to a Chartered Director, you'll enjoy working in a unified and friendly team of MEP Design Engineers; for a firm that has always been at the forefront of the built environment for over 25 years.

You'll enjoy using next generation engineering processes or technologies such as Digital Twins, Prefabricated design, and Automation to design, build and deliver sustainable buildings. You'll also enjoy working for a firm who are well known for continuing to push innovation with the built environment, they even won an award from the Queen for this!
