The team own the asset data and are responsible for ensuring it is accurately updated and reflects the current condition of the English Heritage estate.

As the Building Services Engineer in the team you will be responsible for developing a survey standard for English Heritage's building services assets, and undertaking and delivering a programme of periodic condition surveys to that standard using the latest methods of data capture.
