Senior Mechanical Design Engineer / Project Lead

£55,000 + Benefits Package
A well property services consultancy are looking for a Senior Mechanical Design engineer to lead on Commercial and Mixed use projects. This building services team within the larger company are currently entering a planned expansion phase within their Building Services team and are offering the opportunity to join them with the view to become an Associate. This company have a healthy work schedule with confirmed work load well into 2022 with well renowned architects and end clients. As a lead mechanical engineer you will hold a number of client relationships, managing their projects and coordinating with the other MEP teams. Candidates should have the below experience:
- At least 6 years experience within Mechanical Building Services Design
- Experience in a client facing role working with projects from inception to completion
- Experience working on projects within the commercial and mixed use projects
- Educated to degree level in Mechanical Engineer or building services engineering
