Our client is a standalone Building Services Consultancy that is going through a period of growth at the moment. They have been established for going on 30 years and have no signs of slowing down, they have built an incredibly tight-knit group of engineers. They work on local projects in and around London and take pride in delivering sustainable designs that work! They are currently on the lookout for a Senior Electrical Engineer that is looking for growth. If you're looking to act as project lead and manage stakeholders rather than sit in a corner and churn out the same designs on a day-to-day basis then you should keep reading.
It will be important for the successful Senior Electrical Engineer to have managed projects from concept to completion acting as the project lead. The successful engineer should be confident in their ability and have the Ambition to always work up to their highest standards. You will have strong communication skills to ensure the project's completion from start to finish. Good working knowledge of industry-specific software, and you will take pride in guiding more junior members of staff through their engineering journey. Due to the size of the company you will need to be a technically competent engineer that is confident in their own abilities. Our client understands that you won't always know the answer to a problem but they expect you to show the initiative and find the answer.
Senior Electrical Engineer Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years experience in a design position
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services
- CEng ideally and industry recognised accreditations
- Experience working on commercial buildings
