Job Details
Building Services Mechanical Associate Position:
Our client is a very highly regarded consultancy operating from multiple offices across the UK and the world with one of their established offices being in Manchester. They are well known for working on and delivering across a large project portfolio within the UK and beyond and have built a strong reputation for themselves within the building services industry.
They are currently looking to add a Mechanical Associate to the team to help lead technical delivery across all their current and upcoming projects as well as bring in new clientele to further propel the company's reputation.
The ideal candidate would be an enthusiastic and charismatic individual who is going to ensure the consultancy continues to operate at the highest level of standards. The key responsibilities of this Associate Director will be to deliver large-scale projects to the highest levels of quality while maintaining the existing client base and developing less experienced engineers as you work.
This role will suit someone in a similar position that is used to being in a front-facing role and being a point of contact for knowledge and guidance. You will possess good commercial awareness, in addition to having robust technical knowledge relevant to building services design and being capable of incorporating those technologies across all building types. The position will ideally suit someone who is currently working in consultancy and is prepared to get involved in design on a day-to-day basis.
Mechanical Associate Requirements:
-Acted as Lead on major schemes
-Experience managing multidisciplinary teams
-Experience in financial deliverables
-Experience in work winning within the United Kingdom.
-Ideally with a CIBSE recognised accreditation such as a CEng.
-Minimum of 10 years within a consultancy environment in the building services industry
-Strong and confident within the Building Services Industry.
