Mechanical Design Engineer

An expert engineering team who provides wide-ranging mechanical and electrical engineering capabilities to deliver design and installation to a range of sectors including Healthcare, Highways & Transport, Retail, Commercial, Education and Defence. They have been established in Northern Ireland for many years and have a strong track record for delivering large-scale projects throughout the UK and International.

Your new role
You will be responsible for mechanical design on a range of diverse projects and deliver innovative design solutions across a broad range of clients across multiple sectors. Supervision and management of the detailed mechanical design, specification and BIM model production. Attending meetings and communicating with clients to establish their needs. The role may require you to travel across the UK, and may also offer opportunities to go further afield.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be expected to have a relevant degree in mechanical engineering or building services discipline. Ideally, you will have 3+ years post grad experience from an engineering consultancy practice. Experience in AutoCAD, National Engineering Spec (NES), Revit experience is welcomed. A full driving licence is required.
