Our client is a well-known multi-disciplinary consultancy operating on a massive scale working with major blue-chip companies. They are currently looking for a Senior Electrical Engineer to join their team in Reading. This is a long-standing consultancy that has built a reputation for excellence over the years. They work in a variety of sectors, industrial, residential, commercial as well as many more.
The successful engineer should be confident in their ability and have the drive to always work up to their highest standards. You will be technically able with regard to Electrical system designs within a variety of building types. You will have strong communication skills and will have experience in managing stakeholders as well as architects and contractors. You will have worked from a multidisciplinary approach and will have seen projects from concept to completion. You will have an exemplary working knowledge of industry-specific software and will be able to demonstrate this to more junior members of staff.
Senior Electrical Design Engineer Requirements:
Degree in Electrical engineering or building services
CEng or working towards and ideally industry accredited qualifications
Minimum of 5 years in the building services industry
Fully conversant with industry recognised software
