Your New Role
You will be joining a passionate, experienced team, as a Senior Sustainability Consultant. Working in a hybrid framework, ideally 3 days in the office and 2 from home. The role is reporting directly to the Managing Director, assisting with fee preparation for all the firm's sustainability input on projects. You will be offering consistent input of sustainable strategy at RIBA Stage to ensure that the principal set are being delivered. It will be your responsibility to advise on any legislative changes, new techniques, and technologies through your own continuing personal development. There will be budget and programme planning involved, alongside establishing the initial Energy and Sustainability requirements. You will need to feel confident in assessing thermal modelling and dynamic studies of this. Overall, the role entails managing a team of energy assessors, work planning, quality control and delivering projects on time and within budget. You will be travelling for offsite meetings or site visits, as and when required.
What You'll Need To Succeed
To be successful you would ideally have a broad range of knowledge across anything related to sustainability. You must be able to execute and deliver projects in an efficient manner, meeting required deadlines. You must be confident in your leadership skills and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, to assist you in managing a team and projects.
