Assistant Site Manager

Your new company
Our client seeks an Assistant Site Manager to support site operation relating the the scheme Highways England Area 9, Birmingham. The company offers tier 1 contracts with high profile projects.

Your new role
You will be assisting with the implementation of safe systems of work, training and competence, risk assessments and instructing workers. you will also be assisting with ensuring the construction programme is prepared, monitored and maintained. Other duties will include, recording works, compliance, plans, method statements, inspections, test plans, health and safety inspections, reporting on all progress and recording handover documentations.


What you'll need to succeed
You will need to promote a "right-first time approach, SMSTS (or working towards), experience of the successful delivery of highway renewals and improvement schemes and managing schemes over £5m
