BIM Coordinator
Reading
Up to £40,000
Our client is an internationally recognised consultancy with one of the best reputations in the industry. They are currently looking for an experienced BIM Coordinator to join their team in Reading. You will be working to support the BIM Manager and project leads in the modelling and coordination of major projects.
You will be highly competent in modelling and coordinating full MEP services with Revit while being able to contribute to the development and implementation of the BIM processes and procedures. You will be able to confidently undertake family modifications and run model reviews. You will ideally have experience working on high-rise buildings, super-prime residential, hotels, education, commercial developments, and large master planning projects.
BIM Coordinator Requirements:
- 3-5 years experience in Revit coordination/modelling within an MEP environment
- Understanding of multidisciplinary design approach
- Ideally worked on large scale projects
