Senior Sustainability Consultant

My client is a leading provider of environmental and sustainability services to the construction sector, supporting organisations throughout the planning, technical design and construction process.

They are looking for a driven and passionate Senior Sustainability Engineer who is looking to join their growing business and help in achieving our mission to deliver the best sustainable outcomes for our clients.

The candidate must hold a level 5 Non Domestic Energy Assessor accreditation (NDEA), be a CIBSE Low Carbon Assessor/Consultant and demonstrate at least 3 years' experience of delivering building physics assignments including:

• Part L compliance
• TM59/TM52 overheating analysis
• Heat gain/heat loss calculations
• Daylight / sunlight modelling
• TM54 Evaluation
• BB101 performance
• BREEAM credits including Passive design and LZC

Candidates will also bring experience of the planning and building regs process with experience of writing sustainability reports and strategies for planning phases and dealing with London Plan / UK wide local plans and requirements. Experience or qualifications in BREEAM or lifecycle assessment would be welcomed.
