Project Manager

Your new company
You will be working for an established bridge building contractor based in the West Midlands. The company has a strong network of clients from multinational construction firms to private landowners and prides themselves on not only establishing lasting relationships with clients but by exceeding their expectations. Your new role
As a project manager you will be responsible for delivering projects on time and in budget by planning and organising resources and people. You will need to track work to be completed, set deadlines and delegate tasks to the project team, identifying any potential risks. You will be responsible for completing the project work in line with the plan and report directly to the Managing Director.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will need prior experience in managing complex construction projects such as highways and infrastructure, and possess excellent communication and organisation skills. You will also have experience in steel structure and/or concrete structure construction and strong interpersonal skills to motivate and lead your project team. Finally, you will also be able to manage and control multiple jobs at different stages with differing levels of client interaction and support.
