BIM Technician
Salary circa £45,000 with a generous benefit package

We are seeking a BIM Technician with excellent technical knowledge of Autodesk Revit to join our Technical Assurance & Design Management Team to coordinate survey data integration into the BIM Environment.

You will work closely with the Digital Design Team within the wider team and play a leading role in the review of survey requirements, data specification and ensure modelling and data development are to high standards.

You will be responsible for leading the production and validation of BIM outputs and provide technical support to the technical team.

You will collaboratively engage in developing Survey Data Technical Specification, manage production, and validate outputs integration, coordination and analysis of building information and setting up supply chain project BIM Models.

To be successful in your application you will have a degree or equivalent level technical experience in BIM, Surveying Engineering or similar, Major construction project or infrastructure programme experience and an understanding of coordination procedures, established BIM Process and toolsets.

Salary circa £45,000 with a generous benefit package consisting of 30 days annual leave, discretionary bonus scheme, group life assurance & much more.
